I love being a project and change manager. My key skills are thinking outside the box, creating original ideas to simplify complex concepts, and problem-solving. I have a lot of experience in stakeholder management and I am result driven person working to deliver according KPI's and managing deadlines. Playing a crucial role in transforming change processes gives me a great sense of achievement, especially when I can convert change resisters into champions.
