Proven track record producing performance reports for senior stakeholders
Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Ability to analyse complex datasets and communicate findings clearly
Background in building and maintaining KPIs, scorecards and performance frameworks
Solid capabilities in stakeholder management and business partnering
