Compliance

Profile of the suited interim professional:

Minimum of 8 years' experience across industrial automation, OT and cybersecurity
Broad experience applying IEC 62443 within industrial automation and OT settings
Proven track record in OT security design reviews and compliance assessments
Strong knowledge of industrial networks and control systems such as SCADA, PLC and DCS
Experience identifying cybersecurity risks and producing evidence-based assessment reports
Experience in the nuclear sector and familiarity with IAEA Nuclear Security Series guidance
Relevant credentials, for example GICSP, CISSP or ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert
Background in large-scale engineering, EPC or critical infrastructure projects
Strong command of English is required, with Dutch skills considered a plus
VGB-B security clearance is required
