Profile of the suited interim professional:

Hold an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, or equivalent relevant experience
Bring proven background in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering
Show experience setting up or substantially improving budgeting and forecasting processes
Demonstrate strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel ability
Have built integrated forecasting models and reporting frameworks before
Possess solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting
Display strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
Be able to explain complex financial data to finance and non-finance audiences
Ideally have worked as a standalone or first commercial finance hire
Prior exposure to high-growth, project-led or fast-changing organisations is a plus
Able to start on short notice
