Strong end-to-end procurement and sourcing experience in a public sector or regulated environment.
Experience delivering procurements under the Procurement Act 2023 and/or PCR 2015.
Proven contract and supplier relationship management expertise.
Experience with framework agreements and further competitions (ideally CCS/GCF).
Background in contingent labour, workforce, recruitment, or external resourcing procurement.
Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Central government procurement experience desirable.
