Profile of the suited interim professional:

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who has previously held a role as Group Finance Director or CFO.
Experience working within PE-backed, investor-driven or complex international group settings.
Experience in SaaS, software or technology-enabled sectors is beneficial, though not a strict requirement.
Proven ability to deliver investor-grade reporting, robust controls and commercially credible FP&A.
Experience with capital structures, leverage and transaction-led environments.
