How the auction works

An interim professional can still submit a higher rate, but must then demonstrably add more value for the client. The client keeps full control over the selection.

The client receives an email with the professional’s motivation and a PDF of their CV.
Through a link to their own online account, the client can easily invite the professional for contact or decline.
Declining takes only a few seconds, using a reason selected from a list and, if needed, free text.
If the client takes too long to follow up, Planet Interim sends a reminder, so interim professionals are treated properly.

Transparency does not mean competing on the lowest price only. Clients provide an indication for the hourly rate, and the technology allows responses to deviate by a maximum of 25 percent, up or down.
