How the auction works

The interim professional can still quote a higher rate, but then has to add demonstrably more value for the client. The client keeps full control over the selection.

The client receives an email with the professional's motivation and a PDF of the CV.
Through a link to their own online account, the client can invite the professional for contact or decline.
Declining takes seconds, with a reason picked from a list and optional free text.
If the client takes too long to follow up, Planet Interim sends a reminder, so interim professionals are treated properly.
