Experience coaching teams and Squad Leads in the early stages of Agile maturity
Track record of embedding Agile processes, principles and behaviours in developing DDaT or technology teams
Solid practical experience with Scrum, Kanban and hybrid delivery approaches
Experience supporting teams delivering a mix of digital products, technology projects and operational services
Experience coaching teams across applications, infrastructure, data, cyber security or IT service management
Experience helping teams balance planned delivery with incidents, service requests and technical debt
Solid grasp of backlog management, sprint planning, capacity management and continuous improvement
Hands-on experience working with Azure DevOps boards and backlogs
Experience developing inexperienced delivery leads to independently run ceremonies and manage delivery
Experience delivering concise, practical training and setting up communities of practice
